Who runs Trux Trax

Blue Collar AI Solutions runs Trux Trax for Epic Materials / Krushin' It, a crushed-concrete yard in Ocala, Florida.

What Trux Trax keeps

• Its users: the name and email of each person Krushin' It adds, so they can sign in and so each ticket shows who logged it.
• Customers: customer names and delivery addresses.
• Photos: photos of paper tickets and photos taken at the drop-off.
• The tickets and deliveries themselves: material, tons, payment, dates, notes, and who did what and when.

How it is used

Only to run Krushin' It's tickets and deliveries. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Google Maps

To measure the driving distance to a delivery, Trux Trax sends the yard's address and the delivery address to Google Maps, and shows Google's map of the route. Trux Trax does not save the miles Google returns. Google's handling of what it receives is covered by the Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

When someone opens a Google map in Trux Trax, Google also receives what any web visit sends it, such as the device's IP address.

Where it is kept

• Cloudflare runs the app and stores its database and photos.
• Google Drive holds the nightly backup copies, in Blue Collar AI Solutions' own Google Drive.
• A DigitalOcean server runs the nightly backup and keeps the last 14 days of database copies.
• Blue Collar AI Solutions' own computer holds working copies: the records moved from Tread and some database copies.
• Google Maps receives addresses, as described above.

Who can see it

Krushin' It's own staff who sign in, and Blue Collar AI Solutions, which runs the app. We give it to no one else, apart from the providers under "Where it is kept", which run, store and back up the app, and the addresses sent to Google Maps as described above.

Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always at this address.
